UK Expansion Worker Visa

To submit your visa application as an expansion worker, you will need to provide the following documents:

• A valid passport.


• Your certificate of sponsorship reference number from your employer.


• Your job title, annual salary and job occupation code.


• The name of your employer with their sponsor licence number.


• If your partner or children are applying with you, you will need to provide proof of your relationship.


• Evidence of your financial situation such as bank statements showing you your personal savings.


• If you are from a listed company, you will need to provide your tuberculosis test results.

You might require other documentation depending on your circumstances, this can include evidence of your employment overseas and a valid ATAS certificate. Our expert team will be able to tell you if and when you require any extra documentation to support your application.

You will need to update your expansion visa if your job role changes to a different occupation code but you must still be employed by the same employer. If your employer changes, your visa will no longer be valid and a new UK Expansion Worker Visa application will need to be processed.
