What Documents Do You Need to Apply for a UK Sponsor Licence?
When you submit your UK Sponsor Licence application, you will receive a checklist of the required documentation. You then have five working days to email your documents to the Home Office.

Are The Same Documents Required From Every Business?
No. The Home Office does not necessarily require exactly the same supporting documents from every sponsor licence applicant.

- Whether the business is newly established or already trading – a new business may need to provide evidence of its business premises or activities, while an established business will have existing records to demonstrate operations.
- Its circumstances and existing registrations – for example, a business operating in a regulated sector may need to provide evidence of the relevant regulatory registration or licence.
- Whether it has previously held a sponsor licence – An organisation that has had a licence previously may have different circumstances than a business applying for its first Sponsor Licence, particularly if the previous licence was revoked.
